Chef's Utility Knife by Copperrein

High-carbon homemade damascus steel has been forged into a Japanese-inspired all-purpose knife. The handle is reclaimed maple from Lake Superior, paper micarta, and G-10, stained to look like jade.

Heat treated and tempered. Handle sealed with polyurethane and micro-crystalline wax. Blade etched and waxed. Hand wash only. Avoid leaving moisture and food on blade. Blade patina will change over time and this is natural. Coffee and raw white onions can be used to darken the steel.

Blade length: 5" Overall: 9.5"
