Crossed Bones Daggers

Two matching #2 style daggers in a single double-sheath. The 8 inch blades (13 inches o/a) are hand forged and ground from 1095 high carbon steel, aged with a technique that produces "rusticles" like those seen on the wreck of the Titanic. This technique brought out the auto-hamon of the heat treated steel. Handles carved from red and black canvas micarta, cooper, and deer shin bone. Guards of hand carved acid etched brass. Leather double-sheath is entirely hand cut, tooled and sewn. Holds the knives crossed on the back of a belt.
